It's a small shame you captured the back of him... but at the same time, it does add in an air of mystery and whatnot.
The black and white contrast accentuates the variety of shades well enough. I like how it's pretty apparent how much he stands out from the background. The lighting is fantastic, in that sense.
Framing isn't too bad, although I do feel as if you could have placed him to the side or something.
